处理含高浓度重金属离子废水的最简便方法是用空气将水溶液中氢氧化亚铁氧化成铁酸盐,使重金属离子进入铁酸盐晶格中,然后用磁性分离器分离之。本文研究了“铁酸盐法”富集水中痕量镉的条件。试剂:所用化学试剂均为分析纯。标准镉溶液(1000ppm):将CdSO_4·7 H_2O溶于重蒸馏水中,用EDTA标化。氢氧化钠溶液:500gNaOH溶于0.5升重蒸馏水中。取上清液用无CO_2和O_2的重蒸馏水稀释至不同浓度(0.2~5M)。
The simplest method of treating heavy metal ion-containing wastewater is to oxidize the ferrous hydroxide in aqueous solution to ferrite using air to allow the heavy metal ions to enter the ferrite crystal lattice and then to be separated by a magnetic separator. In this paper, the conditions of enrichment of trace cadmium in water by ferrite method were studied. Reagents: The chemicals used are of analytical grade. Standard cadmium solution (1000ppm): CdSO 4 · 7 H 2 O was dissolved in double distilled water and standardized with EDTA. Sodium hydroxide solution: 500 g NaOH was dissolved in 0.5 liters of distilled water. The supernatant was diluted with CO2 and O2-free distilled water to different concentrations (0.2 ~ 5M).
