由于横向抽运的DPSSL输出光束在两个垂直方向上有不同的发散角 ,把一对平行放置的柱透镜置于谐振腔内 ,形成一种可以改善激光器输出光束质量的新型谐振腔。利用 ABCD传输矩阵理论及等效G参数法计算了稳腔范围。从实验上测得横向上光束质量为M2x =1 2 31,而对于简单的平凹腔M2x =2 6 72 ,大大改善了DPSSL在横向上的光束质量因子
Since the laterally-pumped DPSSL output beam has different divergence angles in two perpendicular directions, a pair of parallel placed cylindrical lenses are placed in the resonant cavity to form a new type of resonant cavity that can improve the quality of the laser output beam. The range of stable cavity was calculated by ABCD transfer matrix theory and equivalent G parameter method. The experimentally measured beam quality in the transverse direction is M2x = 1 2 31, whereas for a simple plain cavity M2x = 2 6 72, the beam quality factor in the transverse direction of the DPSSL is greatly improved
