目的了解山西地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy 3个稀有血型系统抗原基因分布情况。方法收集150例山西地区健康汉族献血者血液,用PCR-SSP法检测Kell、Kidd和Duffy血型系统的抗原基因。结果山西地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy 3个血型系统基因频率分别为:Jsb1910=0.47,Jsb2019=0.53,Jka=0.5467,Jkb=0.4533,Fya=0.8033,Fyb=0.1967。该地区汉族人群有3个罕见的稀有血型系统基因型,即Jsb1910-2019-、Jka-b-和Fya-b-,150例标本中未检出。该地区汉族人群Kell、Kidd和Duffy稀有血型系统基因分型的观察值与期望值符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结论本研究显示,山西地区汉族人群Kidd系统的Jka和Jkb及Duffy系统的Fya和Fyb基因频率分布与其他地区有差别,即存在地区差异。
Objective To understand the gene distribution of three rare blood group system antigens of Kell, Kidd and Duffy in Shanxi Han population. Methods Blood was collected from 150 donors of healthy Han nationality in Shanxi Province. The antigenic genes of Kell, Kidd and Duffy blood group were detected by PCR-SSP. Results The genotype frequency of Kell, Kidd and Duffy in Shanxi Han population were Jsb1910 = 0.47, Jsb2019 = 0.53, Jka = 0.5467, Jkb = 0.4533, Fya = 0.8033 and Fyb = 0.1967, respectively. There are 3 rare genotypes of rare blood group in this Han nationality population, namely Jsb1910-2019-, Jka-b- and Fya-b-, but not detected in 150 cases. The observed and expected values of genotyping of Kell, Kidd and Duffy rare blood group in Han nationality in this region accord with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law. Conclusions This study shows that the frequency distribution of Fya and Fyb genes in Jka and Jkb and Duffy systems of Kidd system in Shanxi Han population is different from other regions, that is, there are regional differences.
