目的:建立灵芝孢子油的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制灵芝孢子油质量提供新方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定10批灵芝孢子油样品。色谱条件:Kromasil-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-异丙醇(53∶47)为流动相;体积流量0.8 mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器检测;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果:测定10批次灵芝孢子油样品,标定共有峰13个,相似度较高,各色谱峰分离较好,达到中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:该方法简便、快速、精密度高、重现性好,为灵芝孢子油的定性鉴别及内在质量评价提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprinting of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil, providing a new method for scientific evaluation and effective control of Ganoderma spore oil quality. Methods: Ten batches of Ganoderma spore oil samples were determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: Kromasil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); acetonitrile-isopropanol (53:47) as mobile phase; volumetric flow rate of 0.8 mL / min; evaporative light scattering detector; Injection volume 10μL. Results: Ten batches of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil samples were assayed with 13 common peaks. The similarity was high and the chromatographic peaks were separated well, which met the technical requirements of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprinting. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for qualitative identification and intrinsic quality evaluation of Ganoderma spore oil.
