水政工作是依据《水法》研究、制定和完善各种相应的配套法规,宣传、落实、执行这些法规,加强水行政执法,处理各种水事纠纷和水事案件,维护水事秩序和基础产业的合法权益,从而达到依法制水。为顺应改革形势需加强水政工作。为此,建议加强队伍培训,提高水政人员素质,集中精力完成水法规体系及解决经费来源等。
