慢性中性粒细胞白血病(简称CNL)是少见的慢性白血病,自1982年以来国内只有17例报告。我区尚未有此病例报道,我院于1985年曾遇到一例今报告如下: 李×,男,47岁,广西人,于1985年12月16日至1986年3月17日住我院。患者4年来时有大便次数增多,每日2～5次,无里急后重,便中无粘液脓血.曾在某医院检查发现有肝脾肿大。三年来有时上腹部隐痛,部位不定。二年来有头昏、眼花、无力。近1个月来腹胀加重,纳差,间或有低热,入院前一直能工作。自病后体重未减,小便正常,无出血史。既往未患过肝炎、结核、疟疾等病。在船上工作,曾食过鱼生,家族史
Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare chronic leukemia, and only 17 cases have been reported in China since 1982. My area has not yet reported this case, our hospital in 1985 encountered a case this report is as follows: Lee ×, male, 47 years old, Guangxi, in December 16, 1985 to March 17, 1986 to live in our hospital. Patients with stool frequency increased 4 years time, 2 to 5 times a day, no tenesmus, no mucus pus and blood in. Have been found in a hospital hepatosplenomegaly. Over the past three years, sometimes pain in the abdomen, the site uncertain. Two years dizziness, vertigo, weakness. Abdominal distension increased in the past month or so, with anorexia, low or even low fever, has been able to work before admission. Weight loss since the illness, urine normal, no history of bleeding. Never before had hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria and other diseases. Working on board, had eaten raw fish, family history
