克罗诺杆菌是一种重要的食源性条件致病菌,可通过污染婴幼儿配方奶粉等食品导致新生儿的脑膜炎和小肠结肠炎等疾病。为了更加全面地了解这种新出现的病原菌,降低婴儿和潜在人群的感染,本文综述了克罗诺杆菌在鉴定与分型、致病机理、临床症状、感染来源和最新研究进展,并介绍我国克罗诺杆菌的分离情况。
Corynebacterium is an important food-borne pathogen that causes diseases such as meningitis and enterocolitis in newborns by contaminated foods such as infant formula. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of this emerging pathogen and reduce the infection in infants and potential populations, this review summarizes the identification and classification of Corynebacterium, the pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, sources of infection and the latest research progress, and introduces our country Corynebacterium separation.
