目的:探讨光固化复合树脂在前牙修复中的应用价值。方法:选取2009年2月至2011年2月来我院接受前牙缺损治疗的患者49名,其中25名患者使用光固化复合树脂作为填充材料进行修补,作为观察组,剩下的24名患者采用GK银汞合金作为填充材料,作为对照组。分别以两组患者的修复效果及修复后不良反应作为临床观察指标。使用统计学软件进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者的修复效果明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05;同时观察组患者修复后的不良反应也明显少于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:光固化复合材料作为一种牙填充材料具有修复效果良好,填充后不良反应少的优点,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the application value of light curing composite resin in anterior teeth repair. Methods: Forty-nine patients who underwent anterior defect treatment in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011 were selected. Among them, 25 patients were treated with light-cured composite resin as filling material for repair. As the observation group, the remaining 24 patients GK silver amalgam as filling material, as a control group. Respectively, the two groups of patients and the repair effect of adverse reactions as a clinical observation. Use statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: The repair effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P <0.05; while the adverse reactions of the observation group were also significantly less than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: As a kind of dental filling material, light curing composite material has the advantages of good repairing effect and less adverse reactions after filling, which has the value of clinical popularization and application.
