历史教师的教学个性体现在教学思想有个性、教学艺术有个性、广识博学有个性、心理健康、有人格魅力等方面,这几方面是相互联系、有机统一的。教学思想是前提,扎实深厚的知识积累是个性化的源头活水,而这些思想观念的转变通过浓厚“史外功”最终显现在课堂教学中,形成独特的艺术个性。教师的人格魅力是个性的重要组成部分,没有它的教学个性是没有生命力的。
The teaching personalities of history teachers are embodied in the following aspects: the individuality of teaching ideas, the individuality of teaching art, the individuality of cognition and learning, mental health, charisma and so on. These aspects are interrelated and organic. Teaching thought is the premise, solid and profound accumulation of knowledge is the source of personalized water, and the transformation of these ideas and concepts through the “History of the World,” eventually revealed in the classroom teaching, the formation of a unique artistic personality. Teacher’s personality charm is an important part of personality, without its teaching personality is not viable.
