目的观察半夏泻心汤对化疗后家兔胃泌素(GAS)和血管活性肽(VIP)的影响。方法采用顺铂(DDP)复制家兔化疗后胃肠道反应模型,随机分为模型组、半夏泻心汤组、恩丹司琼组,每组8只。另取8只正常家兔作为空白对照组。分别干预3周后对各组家兔进行心脏取血,检测其GAS、VIP的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,各组家兔的GAS、VIP含量均升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,半夏泻心汤组、恩丹司琼组GAS、VIP含量均降低(P<0.05)。半夏泻心汤组与恩丹司琼组GAS、VIP含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤通过对胃泌素、血管活性肽的调节,抑制化疗后胃肠道反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction on gastrin (GAS) and vasoactive peptide (VIP) in rabbits after chemotherapy. Methods DDP was used to replicate the model of gastrointestinal tract reaction after chemotherapy in rabbits and randomly divided into model group, Banxiaxiexin Decoction group and ondansetron group, with 8 rats in each group. Another eight normal rabbits as a blank control group. After 3 weeks of intervention, rabbits in each group were sacrificed and their blood samples were collected for detection of GAS and VIP. Results Compared with the blank control group, the contents of GAS and VIP in all rabbits increased (P <0.01). Compared with model group, the contents of GAS and VIP in Banxiaxiexin Decoction group and ondansetron group were decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in GAS and VIP between Banxiaxiexin Decoction group and exendin group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Banxiaxiexin Decoction can inhibit the gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy through the regulation of gastrin and vasoactive peptide.
