法人财产权概念正式提出，引起了理论界普遍关注。如何理解法人财产权的内涵，公司法人财产权与投资者所有权、企业经营权是什么关系，为什么说国有企业确立法人财产权是建立现代企业制度的核心内容等等，已经成为不可回避的理论和现实问题。笔者仅就上述问题谈几点个人认识。
The concept of legal person property formally raised aroused the widespread concern of theorists. How to understand the connotation of legal person's property rights, what is the relationship between corporate legal person's property right and investor's ownership, and the enterprise's management right? Why the state-owned enterprise establishes the legal person's property right is the core content of establishing the modern enterprise system has become an unavoidable theoretical and practical issue. I only talk about the above problems a few personal knowledge.
