前列腺腺瘤及男性其它类型膀胱颈梗阻手术的历史已很悠久,但仍不能避免并发症的发生。每个科研临床单位都在研究其发病率及可能原因,而对治疗方法的研究进展不大,但研究人员继续顽强地研究着这一课题。中老年男性病人膀胱颈梗阻手术后并发症的发生率在8.8～18.8%之间。并发症有尿道狭窄或闭塞,“前膀胱”,耻骨上瘘管经久不愈,慢性膀胱炎,排尿困难,完全或不完全性尿失禁等。
Prostate adenomas and other types of male bladder neck obstruction surgery has a long history, but still can not avoid the occurrence of complications. Each research clinical unit is studying its incidence and possible causes, and research on treatment methods has not progressed much, but researchers continue to study the subject tenaciously. The incidence of postoperative complications of bladder neck obstruction in middle-aged and elderly male patients ranged from 8.8% to 18.8%. Complications of urethral stricture or occlusion, “anterior bladder”, suprapubic fistula prolonged unhealed, chronic cystitis, dysuria, complete or incomplete urinary incontinence.
