由于每个学生的成长受到知识基础、认知水平、智力因素、学科的兴趣爱好、个人的努力水平等诸多因素的影响,所以我们在教学过程当中就应该因材施教、有效分层教学.在教学中,根据学生的数学基础、学习能力、学习态度、学习成绩的差异和提高学习效率的要求,结合教材和学生的学习水平,再结合初中阶段学生的生理、心理特点及性格特征,把学生进行分类.层次分得好坏直接影响到“有效分层教学”的成功与否.下面,结合自己的教学实践谈谈一些体会.一、学生的有效分层
