随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活质量越来越高,同时对于下一代的教育也越来越重视。幼儿教育是现代教育领域的重要一环,即启蒙教育,其中幼儿园教师作为日常与幼儿接触最频繁的一线工作者,自身的专业能力直接决定了幼儿受教育情况。通过分析幼儿园教师存在的问题,探析现代幼儿园教师所应具备的专业能力。
With the rapid economic development, people’s living quality is getting higher and higher, meanwhile, more and more attention is paid to the next generation of education. Early childhood education is an important part of modern education, that is, enlightenment education. Among them, kindergarten teachers, as the first-line workers who have the most frequent daily contact with young children, have their own professional abilities that directly determine the situation of children’s education. By analyzing the existing problems of kindergarten teachers, the author analyzes the professional ability of modern kindergarten teachers.
