目的探讨妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血的临床疗效及控制月经周期的临床效果。方法 88例绝经过渡期功血的患者分阴道出血量多组和阴道淋漓出血组应用妈富隆治疗。结果阴道出血量多组38例,恢复正常月经29例,临床治愈率76.3%;阴道淋漓出血组50例,恢复正常月经40例,临床治愈率80.0%。结论使用妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血安全性好,疗效显著,方法简便,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon in treating menopausal transitional dysfunction and its clinical effect in controlling menstrual cycle. Methods 88 cases of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with multiple vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding group applied Marvelon treatment. Results The number of vaginal bleeding in more than 38 cases, 29 cases of normal menstruation, clinical cure rate of 76.3%; 50 cases of vaginal bleeding group, 40 cases of normal menstruation, the clinical cure rate of 80.0%. Conclusion Marvelon treatment of menopausal bleeding during the transitional phase with good safety, significant effect, the method is simple, less adverse reactions.
