在要求心理咨询的中学生中,有很大一部分学生是因为学习困难或学习障碍.导致心情长期郁闷烦躁而引发心理和行为表现异常。下面是一组同学们并不陌生的学习中经常遇到的烦恼: 烦恼一:学过的东西很快便会遗忘、别人能学好的东西,我却总也学不好,别人轻松记住的东西,我却总也记不住。我的脑袋天生就比别人笨吗?我真的天生不是学习的“料”吗?
