近年来,我省在发展社区教育、推进学习型社会建设方面,进行了许多有益的探索和实践,社区教育事业发展取得了明显成效。但从总体上来看,全省社区教育发展还不均衡,有些地区的社区教育仍处于起步阶段,办学条件仍然较为薄弱,办学质量有待进一步提升。为帮助欠发达地区提高社区教育质量和水平,推动我省城乡社区教育均衡发展,加快推进教育现代化进程,省教育厅研究决定开展全省社区教育结对帮扶工作。此次结对帮扶工作将充分发挥国家级社区教育实验区、示范区的作,通过结对帮扶方式,重点支持我省欠发达地区的县(市、区),加快社区教育整体规划及三级网络的建设,加
In recent years, our province has conducted many beneficial explorations and practices in developing community education and promoting the construction of a learning society. The development of community education has achieved remarkable results. However, on the whole, the development of community education in the whole province is not balanced. Community education in some areas is still in its infancy. The conditions for running schools are still weak and the quality of the schools needs to be further improved.
