渝府办发[2015]150号各区县(自治县)人民政府,市政府有关部门,有关单位:《国务院办公厅转发文化部等部门关于做好政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务工作意见的通知》(国办发[2015]37号)已在中国政府网公开发布。经市政府同意,现就抓好贯彻落实工作提出如下要求:一、提高认识,高度重视做好政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务工作是加快构建现代公共文化服务体系的重要举措,对于进一步深化我市文化体制改革,丰富公共文化服务供给,提高公共文化服务效能,满足全市人民群众精神文化和体育健身需求,推进公共文化服务均衡发展具有重要意义。我市开展的向社会力量购买公共文化
People’s government of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) and relevant departments and units concerned of the government of all districts and counties (No.501 [2015]): Notice of the General Office of the State Council Forwarding Opinions of the Ministry of Culture and Other Departments on Doing a Good Job of Purchasing Public Cultural Services by the Government to Social Forces (Guo Ban Fa [2015] No. 37) has been publicly announced on the Chinese government website. With the agreement of the municipal government, we hereby set forth the following requirements for doing a good job of implementing the work: First, raise our awareness and attach great importance to the government’s efforts in purchasing public cultural services from the social forces is an important measure to speed up the construction of a modern public cultural service system. It is of great significance to reform the municipal cultural system, enrich the supply of public cultural services, improve the performance of public cultural services, meet the people’s spiritual culture and physical fitness needs of the whole city, and promote the balanced development of public cultural services.
