最近,中共中央、国务院发布《关于加速科学技术进步的决定》,随后召开了全国科学技术大会,提出了科教兴国的伟大战略。这是继1956年制订十二年科学技术发展远景规划并提出“向科学进军”的伟大号召、1978年召开全国科学大会唤来科技的春天以后,我国科学技术发展进程中的第三个里程碑。随着大会精神的贯彻落实,世纪之交的神州大地,将涌动着科教兴国的浪潮。
Recently, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the “Decision on Accelerating the Progress of Science and Technology”, followed by the convening of a national science and technology conference and the great strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. This is the third milestone in the development of science and technology in our country following the spring of 1956, when the 12th year of science and technology development plan was formulated and the proposal of “marching toward science” was made. In 1978, after the convening of the National Science Conference called the spring of science and technology, the third milestone in the development of science and technology in our country.
