我们自1987年7月始进行了中晚期肝癌全方位冷冻机的研制。冷冻治疗机由液氮杜瓦容器、输液管和全方位致冷器三部分组成。致冷器为计状插入式,由9针及12针等组成。每支致冷器有回气道装置,使致冷组织不与液氮直接接触,输出管装有灵活控制开关。杜瓦容器输出压力在152.79~202.65Kpa表压时为最佳工作状态,并有一定安全系数,其安全耐受压系数为1013.250Kpa,本机所采用杜瓦器为双层不锈钢组成,其容积为10立升。本仪器附有热电隅测温仪,用数字显示。
