本文报道了12种化学杀虫剂对14株球孢白僵西、1株金龟子绿僵菌和2株粉拟青霉分生孢子发芽的影响,发现各种杀虫剂皆对孢子发芽有程度不同的抑制,浓度愈高,影响愈大。总的来看,对绿僵菌影响最大,白僵菌次之,对拟青霉影响最小。灭幼脲3号对白僵菌和缘僵菌孢子萌发抑制作用最小,是菌药混用的较好侯选杀虫剂。另外,同种真菌的不同菌株对杀虫剂的敏感性也不同。因此,在使用具体菌株同某种化学杀虫剂混用防治某种害虫之前,必须进行严格的试验。
