本刊讯3月5日,十二届全国人大三次会议在人民大会堂隆重举行,听取国务院总理李克强所作的政府工作报告,以及审查计划报告和预算报告。一、政府工作报告确定了2015年经济计划,其中GDP增长率为7%左右,低于去年。这是在考虑到经济下行压力较大背景下确立的,虽然低于去年增长率,但依然保持了较大增长空间。增长率目标,既要考虑提供充分就业,也要顾及十八大确定的经济翻番目标。由于前几年基数较高,未来几年只要维持6.7%的年增长率,即可实现2020年经济
On March 5, the Third Session of the 12th National People’s Congress was held ceremoniously in the Great Hall of the People.
