I was Wang Fei, deputy commander of the Second Infrastructure Command Corps, 87 years old this year. This time being appraised as the veteran retired cadres of the General Political System, both glorious and uneasy. It is glorious to have given me a great honor in the organization. I am disturbed that I have not made any achievements. I was born poor, had to go to school when I was young, did not read a book of one day, was the Communist Party and the New Fourth Army took me to the revolutionary road and successively took part in the war of resistance against Japan, the war of liberation and the war on aiding the war on amenity and aidan dynasties. After I retired in 1983, I did not forget the kindness of the party and always asked myself
