1987年4月11日～15日部分省市第3次档案期刊编辑工作研讨会在兰州市召开。会议呼吁,国家档案局要加强对全国档案宣传出版工作的管理和指导加强统筹规划、组织协调等工作。会议期间,大家肯定了档案期刊近几年来的长足进步,在推动档案工作、繁荣档案学术研究、沟通档案事业与社会的联系等诸方面,档案期刊发挥了积极的作用。同时,大家对档案期刊的现状进行了冷静的反思,认为从总体来说,档案期刊工作还不能适应档案事业的发展。其主要原因是:有些领导对档案期刊的作用认识不够;期刊编辑力量薄弱;期刊内容缺乏一定深度,理论性、可读性不强,有的刊物没有从简报的形式脱胎出来。
April 11, 1987 to 15 in some provinces and cities in the third archives periodical editing workshop was held in Lanzhou. The meeting called for the State Archives Bureau to step up its efforts in the management and guidance of the work of propaganda and publication of archives throughout the country, to enhance overall planning, organize and coordinate the work. During the conference, everyone affirmed the great progress made by archives periodicals in recent years, and the archival periodicals played a positive role in promoting archival work, prospering archival academic research, and communicating the archival cause with social ties. At the same time, everyone carried out a calm reflection on the status quo of the archives periodicals and concluded that on the whole archives periodicals still can not meet the needs of archives development. The main reasons are: some leaders do not know enough about the role of archival periodicals; the periodical editors are weak; the contents of the periodicals lack some depth, theoreticalness and readability, and some publications are not born out of briefing forms.
