本文报道了19例（20只眼）青光眼滤过术中用透明质酸钠主动形成前房．预防术后浅前房并发症，并随机采用对照组，效果良好（P＜0.01）。并就其透明质酸钠的预防机理进行了讨论，认为透明质酸钠在青光眼滤过术中应用．对于预防浅前房并发症的发生有一定的临床意义。
This paper reports the active formation of anterior chamber with sodium hyaluronate in 19 cases (20 eyes) of glaucoma filtration surgery. Prevention of postoperative shallow anterior chamber complications, and the random use of the control group, the effect is good (P <0.01). And its sodium hyaluronate prevention mechanism was discussed, that sodium hyaluronate in glaucoma filtration surgery. For the prevention of shallow anterior chamber complications have some clinical significance.
