鞍钢研制、设计的高炉荒煤气预热净煤气系统于1987年2月投入生产运行。一个月的生产实践表明,系统运行正常,350℃左右的荒煤气可将50℃的净煤气预热到260℃以上。热风炉使用260℃以上的高温煤气后,由于煤气燃烧速度加快、燃烧状态改变、煤气带入炉内物理热增加、理论燃烧温度提高
Anshan Iron and Steel developed, designed blast furnace waste gas preheating net gas system was put into operation in February 1987. A month of production practice shows that the system is operating normally, about 350 ℃ of shortage of gas can be 50 ℃ net gas preheated to 260 ℃ above.
