病人女，３０岁。半年前自扪及左上腹部有一肿块，无其它不适。于１９９９年１月１５日入院。体检：左侧上腹部肋缘下，可触及一圆形质硬，边界清楚，表面光滑的包块，约有６ｃｍ×９ｃｍ×８ｃｍ大小，活动度大。Ｂ超检查：胰腺左界前方可见一７－３ｃｍ×８－７ｃｍ×７－１
Patient girl, 30 years old. There was a lump in the upper left abdomen six months before and there was no other discomfort. Admitted to hospital on January 15, 1999. Physical examination: Underneath the costal margin of the left upper abdomen, a mass with a round, hard, clear boundary, and a smooth surface is approximately 6cm x 9cm x 8cm in size, with a high degree of mobility. B-ultrasonic examination: A 7-3cm×8-7cm×7-1 can be seen in front of left pancreas
