洗衣机内桶(以下简称内桶)是大型薄板件,无论是外观还是寿命都为用户所瞩目。合肥洗衣机厂生产的百花牌XPB2—B洗衣机内桶的原生产工艺是以厚0.8的08F薄钢板分段加工、拼段焊接经搪瓷而成。该工艺不仅生产率低,且产品较易脱瓷,影响外观和寿命。经过改革,现已改为用厚1.5的L_2铝板的整体拉伸工艺。从技术效果与经济效益来看,改革是成功的。改进后的工艺简介如下。
