薄板零件大多是采用冷冲压方法制造的,一种薄板零件往往需要一套或数套模具加工。而采用型材剪断工艺来加工薄板零件要比冷冲压方法经济,且质量高。这是因为剪断模结构简单,造价低,操作容易。采用一套型材剪断模只需更换凸模、凹模和退料板就可以加工多种零件。尤其是细长类薄板零件,如轿车、汽车上用的密封条、流水槽、压条、装饰条等等,采用型材剪断工艺更能显示其优越性。型材剪断要产生废料,废料宽度一般在3~8mm之间,剪断较厚板料时,废料要宽些。图1所示为剪断管材时产生废料的过程。图2为开式型材剪断模结构。凸模5通过压板4和
Most of the thin-plate parts are made by cold stamping, a thin-plate part often requires one or several sets of mold machining. The use of profile cutting process to process sheet metal parts than the cold stamping method is economical and high quality. This is because the shear mold structure is simple, low cost, easy to operate. With a set of profile shear dies, a wide range of parts can be machined by simply replacing the punch, die and stripper.
