根据有关通知精神,经批准,决定取消和降低涉及我省住房建设收费。一、加强我省住房建设收费项目的管理,切实减轻房地产开发企业和购房者的负担,是当前扩大内需,促进房地产产业进一步发展的重要举措,各部门必须从大局出发,认真贯彻执行国家计委、财政部计价格[2001]585号文件精神,共同配合,做好住房建设收费项目的整顿工作。二、对涉及我省住房建设的15项行政事业性收费项目作如下调整:(一)国家计委、财政部计价格[2001]585号文规定要按现行收费标准的70%收费的项目,一律执行国家规定。共7项,分别是工程定额测定费、征地管理费、房屋拆迁管理费、建筑工程质量监督费、劳动合同鉴证费、建筑安装工程承包合同鉴证费、建设工程勘察设计合同鉴证费。其
