Using matrix algebra to analyze the frequency stability of a grounded base voltage controlled crystal oscillator. 110-MH_Z5 harmonic overtone quartz crystal oscillator measurement proved the correctness of the resulting equation. And use the time-scale builder program to count the sensitivity coefficient of the oscillator and draw the scanning range by means of the drawing program.
