本报讯记者耿军报道 12月16日,“CSG展望2004中国技术论坛”在京召开。全球客户服务与计费解决方案提供商CSG Systems公司首席技术官Raghu Presad先生在会上表示,在中国电信领域中,固话业务增长的饱和以及增值业务的推新使电信运营商的计费业务正面临转弯:从语音、数据等传统业务的交易模型转向为多种增值业务服务的统一网络平台;电信运营商将从单一的计费方式转变为集中预付费与使用后付费相结合的整合计费,进行动态的余额管理;电信运营商需要可扩展的计费产品和平台,以便精确管理各种计费系统;运营商急需降低成本;在线付费业务的不断增长也将促使运营商寻找先进的支付网关以及管理付费与结算的系统。
