张强,金普新区海青岛街道正处级调研员,2016年8月24日,因连续宣讲,劳累过度,在上班途中突发心脏病,经抢救无效去世,终年54岁。张强是一名军队转业干部。在部队时曾被中央军委授予二级英模称号,获得原沈阳军区学雷锋金质荣誉章,受到江泽民、胡锦涛等中央领导人亲切接见。是原沈阳军区自1990年代以来,唯一因思想政治工作突出而被授予荣誉称号的基层政工干部和培养宣传的重大先进典型。转业到地方后,先后从事城管、动迁、机关党总支书记等工作,是海青岛街道“和谐之声”宣讲团团长、大连金普新区理论宣讲团成员、大连市理论志愿者宣讲团成员、辽宁省公务员职业道德巡讲团成员、“中国梦”全国公益巡回演讲团特邀报告员。先后获得辽宁省优秀基层宣讲员、大连市思想政治工作研究会先进工作者等多项荣誉。张强是践行“两学一做”要求的基层宣传思想文化战线的先进典型,是广大党员干部应该学习的榜样。最近,大连金普新区党工委做出了《关于开展向张强同志学习活动的决定》,号召新区党员干部学习张强的先进事迹和崇高精神,学习他不忘初心、信念坚定、对党忠诚的政治品格,像他那样坚定理想信念,增强对中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,积极传播和捍卫真理,坚守共产党人的理想和追求;学习他忠于职守、勤勉敬业、忘我工作的奉献精神,像他那样以高度的责任感和使命感,勤奋工作,甘于奉献,以火一样的热情为改革开放和发展建设贡献力量;学习他知行合一、诚信担当、心系群众的为民情怀,像他那样将党的理论内化于心、外化于行,努力做改革开放的开拓者、经济社会发展的排头兵、人民群众的贴心人;学习他淡泊名利、修身齐家、清正廉洁的高尚情操,像他那样严以修身、严以用权、严以律己,用自己的模范行动和人格力量引领社会风尚,永葆共产党人的政治本色。本刊特别推出张强同志的事迹通讯,引导全市广大党员干部以张强同志为榜样,深学细照笃行,争当党和人民需要的好党员、好干部,进一步振奋精神,开拓进取,为在“十三五”期间实现大连经济中高速发展,经济运行质量迈向中高端水平,跻身万亿城市的奋斗目标做出新的更大贡献。
