本研究观察了参麦注射液对５／６肾切除大鼠腹膜透析过程中腹腔局部防御功能的影响。结果显示，将参麦注射液加入到腹透液中可显著增加大鼠腹腔中的Ｃ３和ＩｇＧ含量（Ｐ＜０．０５）；对腹腔中的巨噬细胞数量无显著影响，但用药后吞噬指数及吞噬百分率有一定增加趋势，并能减轻腹膜间皮细胞的损伤。提示腹透液中使用参麦注射液对腹腔局部防御功能有增强作用。
This study was conducted to observe the effects of Shenmai injection on intraperitoneal local defensive function during peritoneal dialysis in 5/6 nephrectomized rats. The results showed that the addition of Shenmai injection to peritoneal dialysis significantly increased the C3 and IgG contents in rat peritoneal cavity (P<0.05); there was no significant effect on the number of macrophages in the peritoneal cavity, but engulfed after administration. The index and percentage of phagocytosis have a tendency to increase, and can reduce the damage of peritoneal mesothelial cells. It is suggested that the use of Shenmai injection in abdominal diarrhoea can enhance the local defense function in the abdominal cavity.
