预防保健终于被堂堂皇皇地提到了应有的地位。今天的卫生界,几乎普遍形成一种观念,认为只有做为预防保健工作,提高人群的健康素质,才能变消极被动为主动出击,搞活卫生事业。根据国家规划,从今往后,卫生工作的着眼点,将不再放在建设多少家医院、增设多少张病床上,而是从个体疾病的治疗转向对群体健康防护上,着眼于更广阔的领域、运用更先进的科学技术手段,对疾病进行综合治理。
