针对现有钻孔液压系统存在的系统复杂、液压元件多及故障排查困难等问题,在分析钻孔装置工作原理的基础上,提出了采用恒压变量泵、比例阀、回转泵流量阀、电控防卡钎等技术的新型钻孔液压系统方案。介绍了该系统的工作原理及特点、主要液压元件的计算与选型,分析了系统运行过程。该系统应用于地下掘进凿岩台车上,具有冲击与推进流量稳定、节能、防卡效果好、系统结构简单与维护方便等特点。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the drilling device, aiming at the problems of the existing drilling hydraulic system such as complicated system, many hydraulic components and difficulty in troubleshooting, Control anti-brazing technology such as drilling a new hydraulic system program. This paper introduces the working principle and characteristics of the system, the calculation and selection of the main hydraulic components, and analyzes the running process of the system. The system is applied to underground excavation drilling rig, with the impact and propulsion flow stability, energy saving, anti-jamming effect is good, the system structure is simple and easy to maintain and so on.
