文章认为考察读者的满意程度是评价大学图书馆整体服务水平的重要标准之一,而馆藏资源的质量与数量是影响读者满意度至关重要的因素。关注读者满意度的馆藏考察并实施馆藏评价,是提升读者满意度的一项举措。
The article thinks that to examine the degree of satisfaction of readers is one of the most important criteria to evaluate the overall service level of university library. The quality and quantity of collection resources are the most important factors to affect the readers’ satisfaction.
