本工作所用实验动物为成年雌、雄性大鼠,体重270±10克,实验前3-5周切除雌鼠的卵巢。所有动物均接受第三脑室埋植导管术,术后一周作外颈静脉插管,翌日进行实验。 实验分两部分进行。第一部份,为明确中枢施与ACTH对ACTH、LH、FSH和生乳素(pRL)释放的影响。(1),实验当日,向清醒、自由活动的动物第三脑室内注射合成的ACTH(1-24),收集两份注射前的血样作自身对照,注射后5、15、30、60和120分钟各取血样一份。(2),当合成的ACTH(1-24)脑室内注射后,立即对动物施予限制性应激,按上述一定时间收集血样。(8),全部实验均有生理盐水注射作组间对照。第二部份,
The experimental animals used in this work are adult female and male rats weighing 270 ± 10 g. The ovaries of female rats are excised 3-5 weeks before the experiment. All animals underwent catheterization of the third ventricle. One week after surgery, they were cannulated with external jugular vein and the following day was performed.
