1、村党组织委员会换届选举为什么要实行“两推一选”?皖办发[2004]28号文件规定,村党组织委员会换届选举要按照《安徽省村党支部换届选举“两推一选”暂行办法》的有关要求,全面实行“两推一选”。实践证明,实行“两推一选”符合党章规定和党的十六大、十六届三中、四中全会精神,有利于扩大党内民主,建立起与村民自治相适应的村党组织换届选举
