近有报道,抗血吸虫药如酒石酸锑钾,羟氨喹和吡喹酮与宿主免疫系统之间存在协同作用。在免疫低下宿主体内,吡喹酮杀虫作用不如在免疫功能正常的宿主体内有效。
It has been recently reported that there is a synergistic effect between anti-schistosome drugs such as antimony potassium tartrate, hydroxyquin and praziquantel and the host immune system. In immunocompromised hosts, the praziquantel insecticidal effect is less effective than in immunocompetent hosts.
