目的:分析髋关节X线摄影中性腺防护的价值。方法:将2015年3月到2016年3月在天柱县人民医院实施髋关节X线摄影的63例患者,将患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组31例。对照组患者实施常规髋关节X线摄影方式,未实施性腺防护,观察组患者髋关节X线摄影中注重性腺防护,对比两组患者的各部位空气吸收剂量。结果:对照组中,男性性腺位置空气吸收剂量为(54.15±0.23)μGY,女性性腺位置空气吸收剂量为(52.31±0.14)μGY;观察组中,男性性腺位置空气吸收剂量为(0.12±0.11)μGY,女性性腺位置空气吸收剂量为(0.03±0.105)μGY。观察组的性腺防护效果显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:髋关节X线摄影中性腺位置的防护,有助于降低患者各个受检位置的空气吸收剂量,提升临床检查的有效率与安全系数。
Objective: To analyze the value of gonadal protection in hip radiography. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 63 patients undergoing hip radiography at Tianzhu People's Hospital were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases). Patients in the control group underwent conventional hip X-ray photography and gonadal protection was not implemented. Gonadal protection was observed in the X-ray photography of the patients in the observation group, and the air-absorbed dose of each group was compared. Results: In the control group, the amount of air absorbed by the male gonads was (54.15 ± 0.23) μGY and that of the female gonads was (52.31 ± 0.14) μGY. In the observation group, the amount of air absorbed by the male gonads was (0.12 ± 0.11) μGY, female gland position air absorbed dose (0.03 ± 0.105) μGY. The observation group gonadal protective effect was significantly better than the control group, the comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The protection of gonadal location in hip X-ray photography helps to reduce the absorbed dose of air in each patient's position and enhance the efficiency and safety factor of clinical examination.
