冶金部建筑情报网和黑龙江省冬期施工技术交流网于1988年8月19日至22日在哈尔滨市联合召开了冬期施工技术交流会,共有45个单位的110位代表参加了这次会议。黑龙江省有关领导同志出席了开幕式并讲了话。全国冬期施工技术交流网网长单位代表、黑龙江省低温建筑科学研究所所长李承孝同志介绍了冬期施工技术的发展情况和当前需要研究解决的问题,以及全国冬施网的技术交流活动情况,为会议提供了大量信息。会议特邀黑龙江省低温研究所项玉璞总工程师作了国内外冬期施工技术发展概况的学术报告,较详尽地介绍了国内外在地基基础工程、墙体砌筑工程、混凝土和钢筋混凝土工程中冬期施工所采取的主要技术措施,以及防冻外加剂的发展趋势,受到代表们的热烈
The Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Information Network and Heilongjiang Province Winter Construction Technology Exchange Network jointly held the Winter Construction Technology Exchange Conference in Harbin from August 19 to 22, 1988. A total of 110 representatives from 45 units attended the meeting. Leading comrades in Heilongjiang Province attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Comrade Li Chengxiao, the representative of the National Winter Construction Technology Exchange Network and the Director of the Heilongjiang Low Temperature Building Research Institute, introduced the development of the winter construction technology and the problems that need to be studied and solved, as well as the technical exchange activities of the National Winter Shi Network. The conference provided a lot of information. The meeting specially invited the Chief Engineer Xiang Yuxi of the Institute of Low Temperature Research of Heilongjiang Province to give an academic report on the development of winter construction technology at home and abroad, and introduced in detail the domestic and international foundation projects, wall masonry projects, concrete and reinforced concrete projects. The main technical measures taken during winter construction and the development trend of antifreeze admixtures were warmly received by the delegates.
