深圳市职业技能训练中心始建于1996年,是深圳市政府批准成立的专职从事劳动者各类职业技能、岗位资格和技术等级证书培训的事业单位,直属深圳市劳动局。现有员工100余人,申心总部在福田区上梅林,设有机电业（含特种作业工种）类、科技资讯业类、餐旅、美容美发业类3大专业训练基地。开设电工、电脑、美容美发、厨师、足部按摩、管理类以及模具加工、数控机床加工、汽车维修等130多个 （类）培训工种、项目。还分别在罗湖、南山、宝安、龙岗设有分教中心,累计教学场所面积两万余平方米。各项教学设施完备,功能齐全,可供5000名学员同时就读（还可接纳学员寄读）。
Shenzhen Occupational Skill Training Center was founded in 1996. It is a public institution approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Government to be engaged in the training of all kinds of occupational skills, job qualifications and technical certificates. It is directly under Shenzhen Labor Bureau. The existing staff of more than 100 people, Shen Xin headquarters in Futian District on Merlin, with the Electrical and Mechanical Services (including special types of jobs), science and technology information industry, tourism, beauty salons industry 3 major professional training base. Opened more than 130 training classes and projects for electricians, computers, beauty salons, chefs, foot massages, management classes and mold processing, CNC machining and vehicle maintenance. Also in Lo Wu, Nanshan, Baoan, Longgang has a teaching center, a total of teaching area of 20,000 square meters. The teaching facilities are complete, full-featured, for the students to attend at the same time (also can accept students to read).
