金属铌中微量钽的测定,一般采用直接光谱法及萃取比色法。光谱法灵敏度不高,精密度也较差;萃取比色法须经纸色层分离,流程冗长,且使用苯及碱性染料,不利于操作人员健康。本文采用上海冶金所研制的钽离子选择电极,可快速简便地测定铌中的微量钽,从溶样到测定只需半天。方法的精密度高于光谱法和萃取比色法,测定下限0.03%。 (一)仪器 1.钽离子选择电极:上海冶金所产品。
Metallic niobium in the determination of trace tantalum, the general method of direct spectrophotometry and colorimetric extraction. Spectroscopy sensitivity is not high, precision is also poor; extraction colorimetric separation of paper color layer, the process lengthy, and the use of benzene and alkaline dyes, is not conducive to the health of operators. In this paper, the tantalum ion selective electrode developed by Shanghai Metallurgical Institute can be used to measure trace tantalum in niobium quickly and easily. The precision of the method is higher than that of spectrometry and extraction colorimetry, the lower limit of determination is 0.03%. (A) Instruments 1.
