探讨了虫草菌丝中甘露醇、多糖和腺苷的含量测定.采用剩余滴定法测定甘露醇含量,硫代硫酸钠滴定液滴定;比色法测定多糖含量,以无水葡萄糖作对照;高效液相色谱法测定腺苷含量,采用Shim-pack-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长260 nm.结果表明:生产条件不同所得到的虫草菌丝中甘露醇、多糖和腺苷的含量没有相关性.以单一成分作为虫草菌丝质量控制指标不能全面反映其质量,选择多指标成分进行含量测定,能够更好地控制虫草菌丝质量.
