采用细胞培养技术和ＭＴＴ法，进行根管消毒药物控释系统的细胞毒性观察。结果发现，贮库型控释系统的高分子包膜材料光吸收值与细胞对照组接近（Ｐ＞０．０５），并高于牙胶材料组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。整体型控释系统光吸收值同牙胶组（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示根管消毒药物控释系统均可用于髓腔、根管消毒及根管充填，其中贮库型以其良好组织相容性可用于根尖周病的根管超充填治疗。
The cytotoxicity of controlled-release system of root canal disinfection drug was observed by cell culture technique and MTT method. The results showed that the absorbency value of polymer coated material in the controlled-release system was close to that of the cell control group (P> 0.05), and higher than that of the dentin material group (P <0.01). The optical absorption of the monolithic controlled release system was the same as that of the dentin group (P> 0.05). Tip root canal disinfection drug controlled release system can be used for medullary cavity, root canal disinfection and root canal filling, which reservoir type for its good histocompatibility can be used for periapical root canal superfill treatment.
