国有企业特别是国有大中型企业,是我国国民经济中的骨干和主导力量,也是社会主义市场经济的基本主体和重要保证。建设有中国特色社会主义,关键在于搞活搞好国有大中型企业。企业党组织要充分认识到搞活国有企业,是发展社会主义市场经济的必然要求,也是巩固社会主义制度的必然要求。企业党建工作,要紧紧围绕搞活企业开展工作,在全面贯彻十四届四中全会精神的基础上,把党建工作提高到一个新水平
State-owned enterprises, especially state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, are the backbone and leading force in China’s national economy as well as the basic subject and the important guarantee for the socialist market economy. The key to building socialism with Chinese characteristics lies in invigorating the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Party organizations in enterprises should fully realize that invigorating the state-owned enterprises is an inevitable requirement for developing a socialist market economy and an inevitable requirement for consolidating the socialist system. Party building work in enterprises should be carried out with a focus on invigorating enterprises. On the basis of fully implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and raising the party building work to a new level
