现今,人民的生活水平得到了日新月异的提高,人们不再只追求纯粹的高质量的物质生活,更加注重的是精神生活的享受,因此旅游业在这一背景下得到了突飞猛进的发展。在旅游业三大支柱中占据核心地位的旅行社,不仅担负着组合和经营旅游产品的职能,而且肩负着为旅游者提供高质量的旅游服务的任务。近几年来,关于旅行社接待服务的现状与未来的发展情况,逐渐变成了一个热议的话题。笔者在本文中从旅行社接待服务的现状入手,探讨一下旅行社接待服务中存在的问题,同时提出相关提高旅行社的服务质量的策略,并展望下我国旅行社接待服务的未来。
Nowadays, people’s standard of living has been improved with each passing day. People no longer only pursue purely high-quality material life, but more emphasis on the enjoyment of spiritual life. Therefore, the tourism industry has made rapid development in this context. Travel agencies, which occupy a central place in the three pillars of tourism, not only assume the function of combining and operating tourism products, but also have the task of providing tourists with high-quality tourism services. In recent years, the status quo and future development of reception services for travel agencies has gradually become a heated topic. In this paper, the author starts from the current situation of hospitality services in travel agencies to discuss the problems in the hospitality services of travel agencies. Meanwhile, the author puts forward some strategies to improve the service quality of travel agencies and looks forward to the future of hospitality services in China.
