目的:探讨多西紫杉醇联合斑蝥酸钠对人肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定细胞增殖抑制率,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率。结果:斑蝥酸钠和多西紫杉醇均能显著抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖诱导细胞凋亡(P<0.05),联合使用抑制率及凋亡率均显著高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论:多西紫杉醇和斑蝥酸钠均可明显抑制人肺腺A549细胞,联合使用抑制作用增强。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of docetaxel combined with sodium cantharidate on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Methods: The inhibitory rate of cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay and the apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry. Results: Both sodium cantharidinate and docetaxel could significantly inhibit the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells (P <0.05), and the combination inhibition rate and apoptosis rate were significantly higher than those of the single drug group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Both docetaxel and sodium cantharidinate can significantly inhibit human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, combined inhibition increased.
