患者李某某,54岁,住院号252627。以绝经10年,阴道不规则排液及少量出血2年之主诉,于1994年2月15日入院。追问病史,近2年来阴道断断续续排液及少量出血,采用多种中西药治疗无效。并行宫颈涂片及两次子宫内膜诊刮术均未发现异常。B超检查子宫及附件正常。入院查体:体温36.2℃,脉搏70次/分,血压20/14kPa,发育正常、营养中等,心肺无异常,腹平软,肝脾未触及。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,阴道通畅、宫颈光滑、宫体中位、稍小,双侧附件未触及包块。初步诊断:子宫出血待查。

Admission examination: body temperature 36.2 ℃, pulse 70 beats / min, blood pressure 20 / 14kPa, normal development, moderate nutrition, no abnormal heart and lung, abdominal soft, liver and spleen not touched. Gynecological examination: normal vulva development, vaginal patency, cervical smooth, Palace median, slightly smaller, bilateral attachment did not touch the mass. Initial diagnosis: uterine bleeding pending investigation.
